The brief: To redesign the guest room experience for the modern traveler and to optimise the guest experience.  

The solution: Using a cross-disciplinary research, design, strategy and innovation teams to explore the guest needs for a restorative stay whether work or leisure allowing the guest to switch seamlessly between bedroom, office and lounge

The result: A redesigned guest room and the launch and roll out of a patented new ‘turnkey’ room design for Crown Plaza (North America) which allows for a flexible environment which they can work more productively and efficiently.
